… am 13.04.2024 in Neustadt (Rheinhessen-Pfalz)

After the long Easter holiday, back to tournament. On Saturday (April 13), our PSV Youngster Ruixiang Wang head up to Neustadt 2. BVRP Bezirksrangliste 2024 (D2-RLT)U09-U11-U13-U15 to play single and double in U13 age group. As it's the first time to play in the neighborhood state (Rheinhessen-Pfalz), all opponents are new faces to Ruixiang.

The first round was really heart breaking, Ruixiang lost the 1st set with 11:21 but fight back with 21:8 in 2nd set. It seemed Ruixiang will win the last set undoutbalely until the break as he was 11:6 leading the game. But unfortunately the luck went to the opponent, Ruixiang lost it with 15:21, what a pitty!
In the 2nd round, Ruixiang didn't offer any opportunities to the opponent, clearly and quickly finished the game with 21:6 & 21:8.
The 3rd round seemed to be a duplication to the 1st round, leading then lost, what happend? Ruixiang finished his last round with 21:6 & 21:1, positioned 11th out of 24 players.
Considering he is playing one age group higher, this is a quite good result.  Wish he can increase the stability in further games.

In U13 double, he paired with Malte Capuano (1905 SV Fischbach), although it's their first team work, the understanding and co-operation in between rewards them 2nd place in U13 double, congratulations!
